Roof top plant room at the airport was leaking to the dry store below Water Works water blasted the surface clean, and then applied two coats of Flamenco Tanking.

Designed and built a new plant room - relocated it to the back of the building, with new gas water heaters and gas line across the carpark all done in braised copper.
